To study abroad will be a great experience. It is to get out of the comfort zone. Simon talks about it on the basis of his experience. In 1988 received his Doctorate in geology from University of Oxford. This was followed by four years as a researcher in Kyoto university followed by 2 years as an investment banker in Tokyo before returning to academia. He was a faculty member at Kyoto University for several years before joining Nagoya University. He is a professor and the head of the school of Earth and Environmental Sciences in the Faculty of Environmental Studies now. He have acted as the editor in chief for the international journal Island Arc, and served as vice president of the Geological Society of Japan. He also actively involved in developing international relations for the Geological Society of Japan, the Japan Geoscience Union and the American Geophysical Union. He used to be working as an advisor to the Japanese Foreign office on application to the UN to extend the continental shelf around Japan. Visiting academic positions at Universities of Torino, University College London and Bristol. Also, he experienced interpreter for German, Japanese and English. Judo 4th dan and former UK universities champion.

Fujimoto who is homeless and a company president say “to meet various people and talk with them gives me a strong power.” Went to London for further study in 2009. After completed master’s degree in the University of Westminster 2 years later, he founded the value of social capital, and established Happiness Architect company in London. In 2012 he did collaborations with innovators and took part in many project productions. Joined in TEDxUWestminster as a speeker in this year as well. However, as the result of the fact that he laid too much stress on social capital, he exhausted all his funds and became homeless in 2013. But after that, he turned into the president of homeless company, and carried out the project of becoming friends with 500 innovators in London. At present, he is making the most of his own social capital theory, joining activities as a freelancer in Tokyo.

Majoring in secondary English education at Aichi University of Education, he explains the reason why Japanese can’t speak English is relevant to their character. Japanese people who love studying hesitate to communicate in English because they are afraid to make mistake in grammar. He suggests a specific medicine for this problem, while he illustrates that to know our national origins well is also important. In 2012, he spent 6 months studying about individual differences and learning styles in Newman University, Birmingham, UK on Baba foundation scholarship. In the following year, he was practicing among the group of student-teachers doing teaching practicum in primary schools in Australia. He has gained deep insights into the school’s support system standing upon the idea of individual differences. At present he has a great interest in diverse learning styles and varieties of English, and is seeking the education system that is not all standardised, but respects the individual differences.

Okada was sure computers would change the world in his childhood. It was right in fact. He talks about the progress and prospects of computer science. 1988 born in Nagoya, Aich Prefecture. He believed that computer would change the world since little, and started learning programming when he was 5th grade in elementary school. He majored in computer graphic in high school, received the award of the ministry of education for his great result. In the university , he studied 3D computer graphics and also concerned in the local shopping district revitalization project. He did research presentations at international conferences. In 2011, he became the CIO of HIBIKI create home company and took charge of the WEB service exploitation. After that he entered The Rich Media company. He became the youngest mannager of the Head Office within six months, which is the fastest as well. He had also experienced several hundred millions of profits in PL management, in a quarter of a year. In 2012 he withdraw from this company in April and promote his own enterprise in September.Now he is taking charge of the management and operation, research and developement, human resources and the productor.
